When I list your home, I can offer suggestions on things you can do to make your home show the best it can be, without breaking the bank.  Sometimes small changes can make a huge difference.

I take advantage of many avenues to expose your home to the market, including and not limited to,  my Personal Website, Company Website, Open Houses, Newspaper Ads, Lawn Signage and the Mulitiple Listing Services of our Board and other co operating Boards. The more  exposure, the more potential traffic which equals a better chance of you receiving THE BEST PRICE for your home.  I also use Craig’s List in some circumstances.

I personally arrange all showings, and do followup with the realtors who have shown your property. I will keep you informed of all feedback

There is lots of other "behind the scenes" work to do, such as collecting and reviewing all pertinent documents related to the sale of your home. This could be title searches, strata documents, covenants etc. I take care of all this for you.

I will present all offers, negotiate to get you the best price, and complete the necessary steps to see the purchase to completion and possession. I also do not believe that service stops at the sale!
