I offer many services to make your buying process less stressful, faster, and less expensive. I can assist you in everything from locating a home, to providing you with comparable analyses, to preparing and negotiating your purchase, and my service "doesn’t stop at the sale".

HOW DO I WORK FOR YOU?

1) Determining your wants and needs. Tell me the most important considerations in selecting a home. I recommend 2 separate lists. One is a list of "must haves" and the other is a list of "would like to have"

2) I will help you get prequalified if necessary

3) I will find your new home by:

• Checking the multiple listing service daily
• Previewing those that might be suitable
• Reading all homes for sale ads
• Driving through selected neighbourhoods
• Adding you to my "Buyer Listings" ads to sellers
• Checking for and calling "For Sale By Owner" property
• Checking for and calling expired listings.

I will make appointments to show you those that interest you.
